The role offers the opportunity to grow into a team lead position.

This is an on-site role based in the client's Fairfax, VA office. Relocation assitance is provided for a top candidate willing to relocate to the Fairfax area.

The position offers an annual base salary into the low 100s with the opportunity for 20-50k in profit sharing.

Your responsibilities will include:

*developing and executing a growth strategy to achieve ambitious revenue goals

*driving business development by identifying, engaging, and closing new clients who will benefit from their world-class logistics solutions

*building and maintaining strong pipelines and conducting market research

*conducting meetings and presentations with prospects and clients in person or by video meetings

*Collaborating with the operations team to implement solutions that meet clients' needs and company objectives

*staying up to date on global logistics and industry trends

Requirements include:

*Bachelor's degree

*at least five years on verfiable sales sucess in freight brokerage, logistics, freight forwarding, specialized freight, or ground transportation

*a track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth

*a hunter mentality and a results-driven mindset

*exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities

*strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to craft solutiions for complex supply chain needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
