Automotive Sales Responsibilities:

Greet customer as they appear on the lot in a timely manner.

Effectively use CRM system to communicate with online customers.

Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs and budget.

Assist customers in the completion of credit application and pre finance steps.

Assist management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales.

Maintain follow-up that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction, loyalty and long-term clientele.

Communicate with customers and staff in a respectful way that upholds the values of Lee Johnson Auto Family.
Qualifications
Automotive Sales Requirements:

Previous sales experience in the automotive industry.

Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.

Outgoing with a friendly, personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing.

Have quality customer service skills.

Process strong communication skills.

Must have clean & valid driver's license.
-
All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.
Salary : $4,000 - $8,000
