Job Summary:
The Maintenance Manager will serve as a subject matter expert on projects requiring advanced technical knowledge, ensuring plant equipment is operational and safe. The manager will develop, coordinate, and execute maintenance-related capital budget items in concert with engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise maintenance technicians
- Develop performance metrics to assess maintenance team productivity and equipment performance
- Implement preventive maintenance programs
- Maintain detailed maintenance records
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management role
- Knowledge of Lean/Six-Sigma, GMP, SSOP, ISO, and ERP systems
