Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sr. Manager, Category Growth to lead our category growth and portfolio development for the Americas Zone. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive category strategy to achieve our business objectives.
Main Responsibilities
- To develop and execute a category strategy that drives business growth and expansion
- To manage portfolios and product lines to meet business objectives
- To lead innovation and renovation initiatives to stay ahead of the competition
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration
- Minimum 9 years of sales/marketing experience in FMCG food/beverage organizations
