POSITION SUMMARY
The Finance Manager - Supply Chain is a member of the Accounts and Finance function who provides business and financial counsel to the Supply Chain organization. This position consolidates Supply Chain strategies into financial plan and financial forecast and prepares variance analysis. This individual is the primary liaison between Supply Chain and Finance teams and is expected to maintain confidentiality of financial data and transactions. This position is the key contact for the implementation of Supply Chain Finance strategic initiatives at the Americas zone level.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will not have any directly reporting employees in the Accounts & Finance Function. In case if there are direct reports, the Finance Manager – Supply Chain must carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
