Lee Law Office has been a locally-owned practice for over 30 years. Our mission is to provide residents of Omaha and surrounding areas with quality estate planning resources, such as Living Trusts, Wills, Probate, Trusts, and much more. We are seeking an ambitious Office Manager to be the heart of our office. In this role, you will oversee office operations including human resources administration, financial management, and vendor relations. Additionally, this role will be on our Leadership Team and serve as the Integrator, creating actionable plans based on the Visionary’s ideas and ensuring all teams are aligned towards a common vision.

YOUR DIFFERENCE

  • STRATEGIC PLANNING & EXECUTION: Ensure the big picture of the organization and alignment towards the company’s goals. Oversee office security measures, including access control, cameras, and alarm systems. Serve as the point of contact for all vendors, including phone, IT, internet, and office supplies providers. Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues with minimal disruption regarding office equipment, facilities, IT, etc.
  • OFFICE ADMINISTRATION: Oversee team dynamics within the Office Management department, fostering collaboration and productivity Set clear goals, expectations, and priorities for the team, providing support and guidance to team members. Directly manage the day-to-day operations of staffing, supply management, and performance management.
  • HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATION: Oversee the hiring process. Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes. Oversee employee management activities, including maintaining personnel records, tracking PTO hours, and addressing employee inquiries. Coordinate employee benefits, insurance, and workers compensation. Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, including updating employee handbooks and conducting HR training sessions.
  • FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT: Support budget planning and expense tracking processes, maintaining accurate records of office expenditures. Run payroll and manage 401k administration. Oversee accounting and financial reporting processes. Assist in preparing financial reports and statements for management review and decision-making. Update the monthly budget tracker and provide P&L.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • KNOWLEDGE: Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, accounting, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience, at least three (3) years in office management or administrative leadership roles such as Legal Office Manager, Office Administrator, or Business Office Manager highly preferred. Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) specifically the Integrator role, preferred.
  • SKILLS: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees, vendors, and clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of HR regulations and best practices, including employment law and benefits administration. Experience in payroll processing (Quickbooks preferred), financial reporting, and vendor management.
  • ABILITY: THIS ROLE IS NOT REMOTE and requires reporting to our office strategically located off of 680 and West Center Road. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to address urgent office needs or attend meetings/events. Ability to lift or move office supplies and equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
