Position Summary

The Operations Manager will lead LMM’s crane and rigging estimating teams. They will also oversee the scheduling and coordination of equipment and craft labor to support project execution. This role requires exceptional leadership to effectively lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams that are aligned with company goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the overall operational activities of the Crane and Rigging department.
• Lead the crane and estimating teams.
• Oversee scheduling and coordination of equipment and craft labor including supervision.
• Provides guidance regarding personnel requirements, material needs, subcontract requirements, facility and equipment needs.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Ensures all established costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met.
• Work effectively with Account Managers, Lead Estimators, Project Managers and Field Teams in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Promotes a strong safety culture and collaborates with the safety department to facilitate required training.
