Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

As a licensed office representative with the Lee Meyer insurance ageny}, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain client records and update information as needed.
• Assist with customer retention strategies.
• Coordinate with others in the office to ensure customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to be a team player
• 1 year experience in the fire and casualty insurance field. this is mandatory. do not apply without this prior experience.
• Must be fluently bilingual in English and Spanish
