Hair Salon Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Salon Assistant to be an essential part of our team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about the beauty industry, eager to learn, and ready to support stylists in a fast-paced salon environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Client Services: Perform shampooing and blowouts, assist with color applications, and ensure clients receive top-tier care.

- Salon Support: Help stylists with various salon services, ensuring seamless operations.

- Customer Experience: Greet and check in clients, schedule appointments, and provide outstanding customer service.

- Salon Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness, including laundry, sweeping, and light cleaning duties.

- Inventory & Organization: Assist with supply management and restocking to keep the salon running smoothly.

- Multi-tasking & Teamwork: Adapt to various tasks with efficiency, professionalism, and a positive attitude.

Requirements:

- High school Diploma

- Aspiring cosmetologist, or have previous salon experience

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance
