GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
Effectively engage in various recruiting activities such as attending trade shows, hiring
events, network with others inside the industry and drive to various locations inside the
Central Valley to conduct initial interviews.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Identify and recruit new talent to the organization. Attend hiring fares, identify various
department needs, facilitate in headcount adjustments.
Enthusiastically engage the community as you represent the organization and confidently
speak to candidates about various incentives and benefits as they pertain to the job.
MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
When not actively engaged in recruiting efforts you will be responsible for various Human
Resource duties including posting job openings, closing job openings, discussing future
needs with various department heads.
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB
Education:
A minimum of a high school diploma is required.
. Experience:
A background in Human Resources is not required, but a plus. The ability to network with others is a must.
KEY COMPETENCIES
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English. Must be confident and efficient
utilizing various Microsoft applications. Must be able to interpret job descriptions and
match the most qualified candidate based of resumes. Effectively communicate with upper
and mid level management of organization.
