Job Summary
The sales coordinator is a critical facilitator of communication between external customers and internal comfort advisors. This position is essential in smooth communication and flow of sales information from lead inception to final payment receipt and processing related to company sales. Secondarily to the tasks above, the position is also the specialist behind financing plan offerings in setting up and processing financing transactions with customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities includes, but not limited to the following:
LEAD DISTRIBUTION
- Assign leads equally to comfort advisors using the lead tracking sheet.
- Screen phone calls on leads for mistakes and make sure leads have all necessary information for comfort advisors.
- Make outbounds for phone call job types to qualify and set up leads.

LEAD FOLLOW UP
- Make Rehash Calls (2nd chance to get comfort advisor back in the door) to customers who received install estimates after minimum 72 hours after estimate was given.
- Make sure proposal job types are being closed out on a regular basis.
- Making sure that Notice To Proceed is granted prior to Install.
LEAD TRACKING
- Track comfort advisor lead counts & close rates.
- Coordinate meetings with comfort advisors to go over their numbers.
MISCELLANEOUS
- Make sure comfort advisors are getting necessary service titan & finance docs signed on sold jobs.
- Keep comfort advisors up to date on current marketing promotions.
- Make outbound sales/cold calls.
- Answer phone calls from comfort advisors to help them with any needs.
SECONDARY TASKS
- Proficiency behind financing plan offering with each Financing Company.
- Processing payment on open jobs when applicable (Spiff applies).

Education and/or Experience
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent (Preferred); or
- 1 - 2 years related experience and/or training; or
- equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior sales experience or education required.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Understand and use accounting ratios.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
All accounting personnel must hold a current driver's license.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of the following:
Regular use of Microsoft Office suite (Windows, Word, Outlook, and Excel), Google and
Explorer internet browsers for web-based software systems.
