Lee's Chop Suey Inc is currently hiring for Kitchen Staff. Duties include producing variety of food products for wholesale and retail.
Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our culinary team. You will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist in food handling, ensuring all safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with team members and guests.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and keeping workstations organized.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff
- Participate in inventory management by assisting with stock rotation and reporting shortages.
- Support the culinary team in various tasks as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food preparation or cooking is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
