Main Responsibilities of a Cook:
- Preparing workstations, cooking all items, and kitchen equipment for cooking.
- Clean up during and after each shift.
- Maintaining a sanitized and well-organized kitchen.
- Checking the quality of ingredients and preparing them using various techniques.
- Following procedures to maintain consistency.
- Managing food storage, stock, and ingredient orders.
Cook Job Requirements:
- Some prior experience as a cook is a plus.
- Following procedures taught to you.
- Knowledge of and adherence to sanitation procedures.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and act quickly.
