• Assist in monitoring AP invoices being processed accurately and timely
• Communicate with vendors on payment status
• Assist in processing check runs
• Reconcile corporate credit cards
• Issue annual 1099’s
• Spot check store weekly sales
• Reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts
• Reconcile 3rd party sales
• Backup for store bookkeepers
• Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

• Strong Excel skills and ability to learn new software
• Lifting Requirements: Ability to lift 20 pounds on occasion
• Physical Abilities: Regularly required to walk, stand, sit, twist, and bend occasionally stoop, crouch, kneel or crawl. Lifting may include floor to shoulder and overhead lifting. Occasional use and climbing of step stools or ladders required.
• Communication: Ability to write, speak, hear and understand the spoken word in order to respond promptly to pages, requests, team members and vendors. Ability to read and interpret documents such as invoices and statements.

Education or Skills:
Prior Accounting experience is helpful but not necessary.
