Essential Job Functions:
- Supervises team that delivers effective results in the areas of quality, guest service, food cost, labor cost, safety, security, cleanliness and product preparation.
- Provides leadership, direction, training and development to the team members.
- Assists staffing decisions such as hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining, discharging, staffing, scheduling, and performance reviews.
- Manages the store’s financial performance
- Makes recommendations to enhance restaurant operations.
- Ability to communicate, develop, and maintain close, effective relationships with team members and customers.
Job Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of computers, POS systems, and other electronic devices.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, time-management, and leadership skills.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the restaurant industry.
- Vietnamese language skills are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
