Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Ensure accurate entry and verification of bulk materials, components, and other receipts in the system.
- Oversee and confirm all outgoing shipments, ensuring adherence to required shipping schedules.
- Manage and coordinate company drivers and external carriers to ensure timely delivery of finished products.
- Schedule and oversee repairs and maintenance of delivery trucks.
- Ensure proper functioning of motorized warehouse and packaging equipment, approving necessary repairs.
- Train, evaluate, and certify team members on motorized material handling equipment, including forklift operation when needed for loading, unloading, or moving materials.
- Monitor team productivity, providing motivation and identifying efficiency issues while assisting in developing solutions.
- Train and enforce adherence to safety regulations, standard operating procedures, and good manufacturing practices within the warehouse.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP standards and city regulations.
- Conduct monthly reviews of warehouse logistics, including personnel workflows and truck routes.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Supervisory experience in the food related industry
- Bilingual skills preferred (English/Vietnamese/Spanish)
