Lee’s Summit Parks and Recreation is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Swim Instructor to join the dynamic team at Summit Waves, Longview and Lovell Community Centers. Responsibilities include conducting group and private swimming lessons, establishing aquatic skill development, and promoting good water safety habits.
Applicants must be 15 years of age.
A valid American Red Cross lifeguard certification, along with current Basic First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications, is required. LSPR will provide both certifications upon hire, with training valued at over $350.
This position will be working 15-20 hours per week in various shifts.
