Summary of Job :
The HVAC Maintenance Team Lead 1 will perform Maintenance inspections and ensure all maintenances are completed per the contract / filter belt list.
Education and Experience :
- Must have an EPA Universal Certification or obtained within the first year of employment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 0-2 years of experience preferred
