Duties

- Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including the bar, kitchen, and dining spaces.
- Utilize POS systems effectively for order processing and inventory tracking.
- Assist in planning and executing banquet events as needed.
