We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at the Harbour House on Fort Myers Beach. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning suites on-site and homes off-site, ensuring everything is in top condition for our guests. Additionally, the role involves tracking inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of all properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize suites on-site and homes off-site to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
- Keep track of cleaning supplies and maintain an accurate inventory.
- Assist with ordering and managing the stock of cleaning materials and other necessary items.
- Follow a rotating schedule based on guest check-outs, ensuring properties are ready for new arrivals.
- Ensure all areas are well-stocked and maintained in between guest stays.
- Provide exceptional attention to detail and a positive guest experience.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning, preferably in hospitality or residential properties.
- Ability to handle inventory and assist with ordering supplies.
- Flexible with rotating hours, as schedule may change based on check-outs.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Good physical condition and ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation to and from off-site properties.
Schedule:
- Hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (rotating days based on check-outs)
- Days will rotate, so flexibility is important.
