Job Key Activities and Performance Indicators:
- The responsibilities of this position will include:
- Perform basic maintenance on all equipment and facilities.
- Perform basic and major repairs on plastics, Die cast presses and stamping machines.
- Maintain and PM the floor scrubbers and all equipment.
- Help other senior maintenance team members in their duties.
- Support the development of preventative maintenance schedules.
- This job will require the employee to be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Maintain attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment.
This position will report to the Maintenance Supervisor and works closely with the production team members and the quality team to ensure that parts produced meet our rigorous customer quality requirements. Interacts with all other Departments.
Education and Experience:
High School diploma or GED.
Previous manufacturing Maintenance experience desired but not required.
Basic reading and mathematical
Having your own set of basic tools is a plus
Skills and Competencies:
Dependable and can-do attitude required.
Ability to problem solve and work under pressure a plus.
Candidate must be comfortable working in an industrial environment.
Reliable transportation to be at work at scheduled time
