POSITION SUMMARY
JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for creating reports on all Marketing events, promos, direct mail campaigns and misc coupons. Works closely with the Marketing Database Supervisor in all aspects of the Player Tracking system.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with execution of all direct mail campaigns
- Completes multiple complex tasks to produce reports in a timely manner.
- Assists with programs that expand casino databases and target designated markets.
- Follows all guidelines of approved internal controls.
- Orders Signage for all casinos
- Monitors web site and revises as needed.
- Responsible for set up and maintenance of all CMP codes.
- Maintains knowledge of all events in the property as a whole.
- Attends and/or facilitates all mandatory meetings and training.
- Maintains confidentiality at all times.
- Is sensitive to Native American Culture.
- Operates within the parameters of the Leech Lake Gaming Human Resource Policy, Departmental Policy Manual and all Tribal Internal Controls (TICs), and all other applicable regulations.
- Secures the assets of Leech Lake Gaming and the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
