POSITION SUMMARY
Job Description: Responsible for auditing all casino operational revenue and performing other accounting functions for the casino
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains and distributes reports to department supervisors for collection of over/shorts for cash handling positions.
- Analyzes reports for comparison purposes and special projects.
- Completes basic non-gaming audits (restaurant, bar, gift shop) & other simple accounting functions.
- Under guidance of Lead Revenue Audit Clerk, learns and performs gaming audits (table games, slots) and more complicated non-gaming audits (hotel, events center, coupons).
- Helps conduct monthly inventory counts.
- Maintains knowledge of all events in the property as a whole.
- Attends and/or facilitates all mandatory meetings and training.
- Maintains confidentiality at all times.
- Is sensitive to Native American Culture.
- Operates within the parameters of the Leech Lake Gaming Human Resource Policy, Departmental Policy Manual and all Tribal Internal Controls (TICs), and all other applicable regulations.
- Secures the assets of Leech Lake Gaming and the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
