POSITION SUMMARY
Job Description: Responsible for the receiving of all properties merchandise.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive deliveries on property on a daily basis and checking for quantity, condition, and discrepancies.
- Matches invoice/receiving slip with purchase order and/or requisition, receives products/enter data into Accounting Receiving software to ensure accurate monthly financial reporting.
- Delivers supplies to proper departments.
- Forwards all requisitions and invoices to Accounts Payable.
- Maintains in house requisition form sign out to department managers, as needed.
- Prepares items to be shipped out.
- Responsible for month end inventories for Restaurant, Gift Shop, Hotel, and Custodial and Bingo, Bar
- Maintains neat and accurate storage of audit files.
- Informs Supervisor of shift activities.
- Maintains knowledge of all events in the property as a whole.
- Attends and/or facilitates all mandatory meetings and training.
- Maintains confidentiality at all times.
- Is sensitive to Native American Culture.
- Operates within the parameters of the Leech Lake Gaming Human Resource Policy, Departmental Policy Manual and all Tribal Internal Controls (TICs), and all other applicable regulations.
- Secures the assets of Leech Lake Gaming and the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
