Main Responsibilities:
- Develop positive relationships with guests and employees.
- Greet guests entering the establishment, thank them, and invite them back upon leaving.
- Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures related to cash handling functions.
- Compute guest check totals with speed and accuracy.
- Provide prompt service to guests and employees.
- Develop and maintain proper serving techniques.
- OBSERVE ALL HEALTH REGULATIONS AND SAFETY PRECAUTIONS.
- Complete setup, closing duties, and side work assigned.
- Keep the establishment clean and well-maintained.
- Stay informed about events in the property as a whole.
- Attend mandatory meetings and training.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Show sensitivity towards Native American Culture.
- Operate within Leech Lake Gaming's Human Resource Policy, Departmental Policy Manual, Tribal Internal Controls (TICs), and other applicable regulations.
- Safeguard assets of Leech Lake Gaming and the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
