Position Overview
We are seeking a driven Account Executive/Sales Representative with specialized experience in the HVAC industry to join our sales team. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by targeting commercial, industrial, and residential clients in need of HVAC solutions
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing tailored recommendations for HVAC equipment, installations, and service contracts
- Prepare and present sales proposals, highlighting system benefits, energy efficiency, and cost savings based on client needs
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate product specifications and seamless project execution
- Meet or exceed sales quotas by leveraging industry knowledge to upsell products and services, such as maintenance plans or system upgrades
- Stay informed on HVAC market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position offerings competitively
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads and promote company solutions
- Track sales activities, manage client accounts, and maintain accurate records using CRM software
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3 years of sales experience, with a focus on HVAC systems, equipment, or services
- Strong understanding of HVAC products (e.g., chillers, boilers, rooftop units) and their applications in commercial or residential settings
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a technical sales environment
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse clients
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
