Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Perform bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Execute double entry bookkeeping to maintain comprehensive financial documentation.
- Prepare journal entries for all transactions to ensure proper recording in the general ledger.
- Utilize technical accounting skills to analyze financial data and prepare reports.
- Conduct account reconciliation to verify the accuracy of accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and collection of payments.
- Assist with governmental accounting requirements as necessary, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliation to confirm the integrity of financial statements.
- Support corporate accounting functions by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
- Strong knowledge of bank reconciliation, double entry bookkeeping, and journal entries.
- Familiarity with technical accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools for efficient record keeping.
- Experience with account reconciliation processes is essential.
- Knowledge of governmental accounting practices is a plus.
- Ability to perform balance sheet reconciliation accurately.
- Understanding of corporate accounting principles is preferred.
