Call Center Sales Agent

Job Summary

Duties

• Stay informed about product features, promotions, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.

Experience

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, particularly in technology sales or telemarketing environments.
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close sales effectively.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for clear communication with customers.
• Familiarity with inside sales processes and techniques is a plus.
