Leeds Professional Resources is working with a company in Atlanta that is looking for a Commercial Construction Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee commercial construction projects with values ranging from $1M to $10M.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to create scopes of work and manage project deliverables.
- Lead all phases of construction, including preconstruction, execution, and closeout.
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards while mitigating risks.
- Ensure adherence to building codes, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Use project management software, including ProCore and AccuMatica, for tracking, reporting, and forecasting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of interior construction, tenant build-outs, and general commercial project types.
- Proficiency in ProCore and AccuMatica software
Salary : $115,000 - $125,000
