Leeds Professional Resources is working with a client in Clearwater that is looking for a CAD Technician to join their team.General Responsibilities : Responsible for the production of Civil related plans and drawingsResponsible for accurate calculations in support development plan related drawings.Perform research of zoning, legal and land record dataConform in all respects with applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations, ordinances and other orders and to all company policies, procedures and directives from supervisors.Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested by management.Must be available to travel and work overtime occasionally.
QualificationsMinimum of 5 years’ recent experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.Experience researching and interpreting land development codes.Works well within a team environmentWorks well under tight deadlinesExcellent communication skillsMust be able to work independently or in a team settingAbility to adapt to changing software / hardware platforms
