Excellent construction project manager position on a hybrid schedule near Pompano Beach, FL.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites
- Draft and submit budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
- Manage costs in order to meet budget
- Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes
- Select and manage subcontractor and supplier relationships
- Coordinate efforts across entire project between architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors
- Manage construction schedule and activities
Experience and Skills:
- 5-7 years of experience with construction project management
- Project size experience 500K to 4M.
- Commercially astute with good negotiation skills
- Excellent people person and great communicator, both client facing and team based
Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
