High exposure controller opportunity with a very strong and growing commercial real estate investment firm headquartered in Miami.

Responsibilities will include :

  • Management of day to day accounting
  • Oversee entire accounting / finance team
  • Assist with complex real estate transactions
  • Waterfall calculations
  • Financial reporting
  • Project / construction accounting
  • Oversee fund and property accounting
  • Various related responsibilities

Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree in accounting ore relevant work experience
  • 6 years of experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficient with MS Office
