Key Responsibilities:
- Credit Analysis and Risk Assessment:
- Evaluate the creditworthiness of potential and existing clients, including individuals and businesses.
- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data to assess risk.
- Develop and maintain credit scoring models to predict loan performance.
- Loan Process Management:
- Oversee the entire loan application process, from initial inquiry to loan disbursement.
- Approve or reject loan requests based on creditworthiness and risk assessment.
- Negotiate loan terms and conditions with clients.
- Monitor loan performance and manage debt settlements and loan renewals.
- Credit Policy and Compliance:
- Develop, review, and update credit policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of loan applications and credit transactions.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support business growth.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and disputes related to credit issues.
- Financial Performance:
- Calculate and establish loan interest rates.
- Monitor and manage the credit risk portfolio to minimize potential losses.

Requirements:
5 years of credit experience
Bachelors degree or relevant experience
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Salary : $150,000 - $160,000
