- Assist with outbound calling efforts to follow up on client inquiries or provide additional information as needed.
- Exhibit strong phone etiquette while communicating with clients, ensuring clarity and understanding in all interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve client services and streamline processes.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service, processing orders, and scheduling shipments (3 years minimum)
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with clients.
