Job Summary:
We are seeking a Development Associate to assist the Senior Development Manager in overseeing the company’s development projects from start to finish. This role involves supporting project coordination, budgeting, and team collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing development projects by coordinating with internal teams and consultants to secure permits, entitlements, and necessary documentation.
- Support financial analysis by assembling data for underwriting deals, creating budgets, and tracking project costs, timelines, and progress in collaboration with finance and construction teams.
- Facilitate cross-departmental coordination (e.g., Operations, Marketing, Accounting) to define project requirements, manage design teams, and support branding and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor project schedules, manage due diligence efforts, update monthly reports, and ensure compliance with consultant contracts and project goals.
