Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Team Lead to oversee human resources operations and lead key initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage policies, procedures, and HR projects, direct recruiting efforts, and provide backup support for payroll and benefits as needed, all while leveraging fully bilingual skills to support diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and alignment with organizational goals
- Lead HR project management initiatives, coordinating cross-functional efforts to enhance workforce strategies and operational efficiency
- Direct recruiting processes, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies across multiple locations
- Serve as a backup for payroll and benefits administration when the primary contact is unavailable, ensuring continuity of critical HR functions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role
- Proven expertise in HR policy management, project coordination, and recruiting
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide occasional backup support for payroll and benefits processes
Preferred Experience
- Background working with multiple entities or diverse business environments
- Experience in a fast-paced or multi-location organizational setting
Salary : $95,000 - $105,000
