- Recommends benefits programs to management by studying employee requirements, trends, and developments in benefits offered by other organizations.
- Identifies benefit options by studying programs and obtaining advice from consultants.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing laws and regulations and updates to legal requirements.
- Review payroll source documents, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure accurate processing of time records and related data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 5-6 years of experience processing payroll and benefits at a large company
- Excellent communication skills to effectively respond to employee and inquiries
- Proficiency in payroll software systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Salary : $105,000 - $110,000
