Key Responsibilities :
- On-Site Leadership and Management :
- Oversee day-to-day construction site operations, ensuring all activities align with project plans and specifications.
- Supervise subcontractors, tradespeople, and site personnel, maintaining a productive and safe work environment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for on-site issues, promptly addressing and resolving any challenges.
- Project Coordination and Scheduling :
- Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
- Coordinate delivery of materials, equipment, and resources to meet project timelines.
- Monitor work progress and adjust schedules as needed to ensure efficiency.
- Quality and Safety Oversight :
