- Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff
- Prepare legal documents, such as briefs, pleadings, and contracts
- Organize and maintain legal files and documents
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and court hearings
- Conduct research on legal topics and case law
- Manage legal e-billing
- Draft correspondence and communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Manage attorney calendars and coordinate travel arrangements
```Experience```
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a legal billing or in a similar role
- Proficiency in financial concepts and accounting principles
- Experience with accounts receivable and revenue cycle management
- Strong math skills for calculating fees, expenses, and billing statements
- Familiarity with legal software and document management systems
- Excellent 10-key typing skills for data entry
