Project Manager responsible for the overall management, planning, coordination, and direction of multiple construction projects within budget, timeline, and scope. This position will effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, design teams and project team members.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years multifamily construction management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or related field; ability to understand and interpret blueprints and specifications.
- Proficiency in Procore.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
- Must have a clear understanding of how to read survey stakes and calculate grade elevations.
- Strong knowledge base of building components including foundation and structural systems, exterior wall systems, interior finishes, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
