Job Summary
Temp to Perm opportunity as a High Volume payroll clerk. Must have prior experience working for a big company, or high number of employees, must have Workday or Peoplesoft experience. Monday through Thursday in the office, and work from home on Fridays.
Responsibilities
- Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Perform data entry tasks related to employee hours, deductions, and bonuses into the payroll system.
- Utilize payroll software such as Workday or PeopleSoft for efficient payroll processing.
- Analyze payroll data for discrepancies and resolve any issues promptly.
- Assist with accounts payable functions as needed to support overall financial operations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and ensure secure handling of payroll records.
- Prepare reports related to payroll metrics and assist in audits as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
