Leeds Professional Resources is working with a client in Tampa that is looking for a Reporting Analyst.
- Utilize the Addepar platform to generate, maintain and enhance portfolio reports for family clients
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency by reconciling and validating financial data from various sources within Addepar
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify trends, anomalies, or areas for improvement in client portfolios and communicate with firm investment professionals
- Model cash flow scenarios based on known and assumed factors to provide reporting to family clients
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and Addepar updates to optimize reporting capabilities
- Provide training and support to team members and clients on the use of Addepar for reporting purposes
- Work closely with the treasury, accounting, and investment teams to understand their reporting requirements and objectives
- Develop and maintain specialized treasury reports and dashboards in Addepar, focusing on cash management, liquidity, and investment performance
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of treasury-related metrics, including cash balances, investment holdings, and risk exposures
- Continuously assess and enhance reporting processes to meet evolving treasury needs
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues related to Addepar reporting
- Collaborate on ad-hoc projects, information requests or analyses related to treasury and investment management tasks as requested
- Addepar experience is a big plus for this position
Salary : $70,000 - $75,000
