About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HVAC Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) who can develop new business, nurture client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the HVAC industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and facility managers.
- Present and demonstrate HVAC products and solutions to clients.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely project execution.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product innovations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience in HVAC sales (residential, commercial, or industrial).
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
