From groundbreaking to completion, you will ensure the smooth operation of job sites, maintain high-quality standards, and create a safe working environment. Your leadership will be key in coordinating with subcontractors, managing resources efficiently, and adhering to project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and safety, while addressing any issues that arise.
- Maintain financial accountability, ensuring projects stay within budget.
- Foster strong client relationships through clear communication and excellent service.
- Push the project schedule.
- Actively seeking effective ways to put work in place.
- Perform quality control duties regarding the work being performed.
- Planning and coordination of all labor, materials, and equipment required to complete a project.
- Coordinate all construction services and activities, including required inspections with authorized local jurisdiction.
- Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely project completion.
- Monitor subcontractors and vendor for compliance with, and execution of, their contracted scope of work.
- Identify and address subcontractor and vendor non-compliance with safety, quality of work, or scheduling.
- Attend weekly subcontractor meetings designed to coordinate that work.
- Walk through project daily to monitor activities and assist in future planning.
- Maintain daily reports of activities on the job site.
- Manage job site for material storage and equipment.
- Assist in proposals and interviews.
- Assist with job progress and punch list identification and completion.
- Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to project team for resolution.
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
