- competitive pay based on experience, hourly pay plus take your tips home daily
- flexible schedule 3-5 shifts a week
- must obtain valid Indiana liquor license
- health insurance available to full time employees
- 2 years bartending experience prefferd
- must have reliable transportation, work well with a team, good multi-tasking and organization skills are a must!
Job Description:
- Give a warm welcome to every guest and engage in conversation to build clientelle
- Learn our menu, be knowledgable on the products you are serving
- Serve bar top customers and tables while making cocktails for service well
- Follow cocktail reciepes with accurate pours for consistency
- Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle and count money
- Help and communicate with fellow team members
- Able to work walking/standing for 100% (up to 8 hours) of shift
- Able to safely lift up to 30 lbs
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the bar and restaurant to company standards
- Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Must be 21 years old or older
