Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Northwest, IN. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the general manager. Other duties include inventory management, scheduling, financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Management skills including team leadership and employee training
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience in inventory management and financial reporting
- Knowledge of automotive repair services and industry standards
- Problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is beneficial
