We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Professional Cleaner to join our growing team. This role is responsible for delivering superior cleaning services in residential homes, commercial spaces, and short-term rental properties. As a member of Leelah Bee’s, you’ll play a key role in maintaining our reputation for excellence while ensuring every space we touch feels like “home sweet home.”
Responsibilities:
- Residential Cleaning: Perform deep cleaning, regular maintenance, and move-in/move-out cleaning for homes. Tasks include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and more.
- Commercial Cleaning: Maintain pristine conditions in office spaces, common areas, and high-traffic environments. Tasks include trash removal, floor care, and sanitizing frequently touched surfaces.
- Airbnb Turnovers: Clean and stage short-term rental properties, ensuring they are guest-ready. Duties include changing linens, restocking essentials, and conducting quality inspections.
- Use eco-friendly and approved cleaning products as directed by company policies.
- Document before-and-after photos of each job using the company app (training provided).
- Follow company checklists and meet specific cleaning standards for each property type.
- Communicate any damages, irregularities, or supply needs promptly.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required (training provided for the right candidate).
- A high standard of attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to adhere to the company's uniform and professionalism standards.
