Bar and Dining Service Expert

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Server/ Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of the food and beverage industry. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests by providing high-quality service and expertly crafted beverages in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
• Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
• Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.

Skills

• Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards within the food industry.
• Familiarity with dining etiquette and service standards.
• Proficient math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
• Experience with Shift 4 POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred.
• Strong sales skills to promote drink specials and upsell menu items effectively.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.45 - $16.45 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
