Assistant Community Manager to oversee day to day operations
Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for an Assistant Property Manager in Little Rock, Arkansas. The Property Manager will oversee assigned properties' day-to-day operations, manage tenant relations, coordinate maintenance and repairs, and ensure compliance with leasing policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- The position requires at least one year of experience in property management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of leasing policies and regulations
- Experience in budgeting and financial management
- Ability to work well under pressure and resolve conflicts
- Proficiency in Resman is a plus but not required
- Valid Driver’s License and insurance is required
