The Business Analyst, Student Registration (PATH) helps guide implementation and support clients leveraging registration and planning components of CourseLeaf. Registration and planning tools are diverse and complex at our client institutions, and the interconnectivity between their systems and our software require a high level of functional and technical expertise to help clients make informed technical decisions.
Duties
- Maintain a high functional and technical understanding of CourseLeaf integrations with third party planning, audit, and registration platforms.
- Ability to diagnose issues with CourseLeaf software, integration APIs, and client systems.
- Understands extent of configuration options available to clients in pertinent software modules.
- Work closely with developers, integration analysts, from both CourseLeaf and client teams to solve problems and innovative solutions.
- Assist with client registration event planning, execution, and troubleshooting.
- Communicate sensitive data safely between CourseLeaf and Client contacts.
- Work with PATH clients during their implementation to help guide requirements and decisions.
- Serves as internal subject matter expert for PATH module, answering client and internal questions ranging from simple to technically complex.
- Creates documentation related to troubleshooting processes and requirements for development teams.
- Work with clients on load testing and advise on how to prepare and ensure registration events are not impacted by insufficient performance

Physical Requirements
Required to travel up to 20% depending on client engagement. As part of the travel required, should occasionally be able to lift and carry travel supplies (luggage, bags, etc.). This position is required to work a standard week but may be required to work some evenings and weekends to meet project milestones. The position will spend generally be sitting and using office equipment and computers. Generally, this position is considered sedentary and will be faced with regular interruptions.
